Discourse Psychology Centre provides virtual psychological services to adults, adolescents, and couples across Ontario. Our registered psychologists offer evidence-based therapy through secure telehealth platforms, accessible from anywhere in the province, with no commute required.
Accessible Care, Wherever You Are
One of the most significant barriers to mental health care in Ontario is access. Whether you’re in a large urban center like Toronto, or a smaller community, finding a registered psychologist with availability can be challenging. Virtual therapy removes that barrier entirely, bringing evidence-based psychological care directly to you, wherever you are in Ontario.
What we Treat
Our registered psychologists work with adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety and panic, depression and low mood, trauma and PTSD, OCD, ADHD, emotion dysregulation, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
Couples therapy is also available for partners navigating conflict, communication challenges, disconnection, or considering separation or divorce.
Our Approach
Care at Discourse Psychology Centre is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to each client’s evolving needs. Treatment draws on approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). All clinicians are registered with, or supervised by psychologists registered with, the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
